Company became a business successor of the USA company Carrier Fire & Security (formerly UTC Fire & Security and GE Security), which operated in the Lithuanian security technology market since 1997. ARTechnika took over the aforementioned company's obligations to local customers and continued to supply integrated access control and intrusion protection, fire detection and warning, and video surveillance systems manufactured by Carrier Fire & Security with the ARITECH trademark.
