CONDITIONS OF GAINING AND RESTORING A CERTIFICATE

The base for the cooperation with a Business partner is his interest in the regular and long-term use of the System C4 in his projects. Once requirements for sales and technical training are met, partner’s contract can be signed.

The Standard Business partner is trained on all features and functionalities of the System C4, he passes sales and technical training before he gets the Standard Business Partner certificate. Sales certificate represents a signed frame contract, which means the Standard Business partner is qualified to purchase the System C4 from us. It also declares the Standard Business partner is active on the market during the validation of the certificate.

A GOLD BUSINESS PARTNER?

The Gold Business partner understands how to offer the unique combination of the software and services to the specific requirements of the end user with the System C4.

Our Gold partner has a proven experience with the integration of the C4System, he proved his qualities, has extensive technical skills, as well as the attitude to meet the individual requirements of the end user.

CONDITIONS OF GAINING AND RESTORING A CERTIFICATE

1. The business partner has to comply with several fundamental conditions to gain or restore the gold business partner certificate when signing the respective contract. The fundamental conditions are:

1.1. The installation realization of the System C4 in one of the following extents:

a) installation of the System C4 on the installation of the end-user, complying with the basic criteria for this installation due to point 2 and providing at least two publishable references of middle or bigger extend from the end-user, or

b) installation of the System C4 on 20 different installations at the end-users, complying with the fundamental criteria due to point 2 at these 20 installations and providing publishable references of these 20 installations from the end-user

1.2. The Business partner is a company executing direct installation to the end users,

1.3. Year turnover in the amount of minimum due to the discount group D3 (in the accordance with the business policy of Gamanet),

1.4. Signing the contract.

2. The fundamental criteria of the installation are:

a) installation at the end-user at least one year,

b) edition C4 advanced,

c) implementation of four technologies (ACS, EIS, CCTV, FPS)

d) interconnection of at least three geographically distant objects,

e) management of cards, codes, permissions

f) at least five users of the System C4,

g) business partner has to have certified persons for all used devices and C4 Server.

Certification of a person refers to the authorization for the installation of the C4 Server and connection of the individual devices to the C4 Server (continuity in the area of training and implementation of the C4 in practice).

The Business partner has to prove constantly good results measured by the customers’ satisfaction that the customer prepares publishable references on the letterhead. These references must contain an official confirmation and entitlement to the referent use in the area of our business activities due to the conditions stated in point 1.1. The last condition is that the business partner must provide the installations he executed with technical support 24/7 in the respective area, and he has to publish information about the System C4 with the reference to the product web of Gamanet and the reference installations on his websites.

The Gold Business partner is trained on all features and functionalities of the System C4, he passed sales and technical training and signed the contract he is given a Gold Business partner certificate for a period of one year.

HOW TO BECOME
AN OEM BUSINESS PARTNER?

A Company who owns its own hardware and is looking for their own security management software solution can – if the volume justifies it - become an OEM Business partner. Depending on the need of the OEM partner a specific version of the System C4 is created to be sold and distributed through the OEM partner channel. The System C4 is distributed, promoted and supported by the OEM partner with his devices. With that the OEM partner can offer a cost-effective software solution with his hardware.

CONDITIONS OF GAINING AND RESTORING A CERTIFICATE

The base condition to gain and restore an OEM certificate is to provide the sale of the OEM Edition of the System C4 exclusively with a new device.

The Business partner must also provide the sale of at least ten pieces of OEM Server, and at least ten licenses to OEM devices in a period of one year.

OEM Business partner is trained in the features and functionalities of the System C4 as well as the other partners. He also passes sales training along with testing, and after the contract signing and complying with all conditions, he is given an OEM Business partner certificate.
