Changes in company's price policy

Gamanet a.s., the manufacturer of integration system C4 is trying hard to deliver the innovative and complex security solutions for over 15 years. From the very beginning, our company offers long time certitude by transparent sales activities, complex customer care and last but not least, stable pricing policy. For the first time in 15 years there will be price modification of our products and services, which only proves that long term stability is of our priority. For the very first time we response to the multiple inflation increases in years, which yet now shall be reflected in the product pricing. Please stay assured, that we will take all actions necessary to maintain the long-time price stability for at least the same length of time as until now. We trust that you kindly comprehend this information, so we can extend your projects with C4 integration system together in the future.

The new product prices will become effective in the pricelist as of January 1st 2020. Also, the license price for small access control systems will come back to the original level as of this date. All existing valid quotes as well as all currently ordered products and services for registered projects stay unaffected, in accordance with our long years’ standards.

Today as always, we want to reflect the new needs and global market challenges, securing you the utmost comfort and maximum customer satisfaction during purchase of our products and services. Your requirements and suggestions for improvements of our relation, sent during the years of cooperation were carefully noted just to be melted into the changes in general terms and conditions, partner´s program as well as the general cooperation conditions for partners and external developers.

The General terms and conditions, Framework purchase contract and also the Development contract being signed with the 3rd party developers were all considerably amended. The up-to-date business documents contain more accurate warranty scope specification, predominantly for certified and noncertified plugins, furthermore outline the accessibility conditions for drivers, IS connectors and application modules developed by 3rd party developers, dealing in details with their region and language versions as well as scope of relevant service support for these products. The new version of business documents also unequivocally describes the Partners program structure between Gamanet a.s. and all individual partners´ categories.

The up-to-date General terms and conditions comes into force on January 1st 2020 and their full wording will be available at our web site www.c4portal.com. New customer care services portfolio

Last but not least we come with brand new proposal of support services for your projects. We respond to the increasing requirements for additional services to the complex software solutions, as comprehensive consecutive technical and project support.

Primarily we want to account all your individual projects support needs. Therefore, we newly establish more levels of partner´s support, to provide each partner with a transparent and guaranteed response times and scope of support. The 3 support levels will be available to our partners, reflecting the scope of cooperation and the achieved level in our partner´s program. These levels will be initially set in accordance with the valid discount levels, with an optional upgrade to a higher level if needed.

Another innovation introduced within the partner´s program is a Project management service. The principle of this service is to provide Gamanet´s own specialist to a specific project based on partner´s requirement. We have introduced this service to cope with countless requests of our partners, coming mainly from implementation of extensive projects, where a real comprehensive support as well as the continuous communication with the end users is required during the entire run of the project – the design, deployment and the hand over. We at Gamanet were extending our technical team capacity during past years, so we can offer such professional support directly at complex projects all over the world. Our sales colleagues will introduce our new services portfolio as well as outline the actual conditions of technical and project support during regular meetings with you within next year.

It still goes without saying that Gamanet a.s. concludes contracts solely with its partners and will under no circumstances be entering a direct business relation with the end users.
